At Tiger Lily Boutique, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all tags must remain attached and items must be in their original, pristine condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
